Essential Duties and Responsibilies
The Laser Technician/Medical Aesthetician embodies Premier’s “Exceptional Service” motto with a cheerfulness, professionalism and a positive attitude understanding that they are in the presence of clients at all times, whether in person or on the phone. Procedures and policies applicable for this position must be followed with absolute accuracy and consistency.
The successful Medical Aesthetician/Laser Technician is a trained laser technician with experience in hair removal, skin rejuvenation and skin treatments. Additional experience with skin treatments using chemical peels products like PCA is preferred.
Along with the Clinic Director, the Medical Aesthetician/Laser Technician will encourage and build on the teamwork among the clinic staff. The spirit of team and a commitment to the exceptional care of the client are essential to the success of Premier Medical Spa, a success that all associates have the opportunity to share in.
Medical Aesthetician/Laser Technician Requirements
- Experience in the medical aesthetics industry training as a Laser Technician
- A passionate for the wellness, anti-aging and advanced aesthetic industry.
- The skills necessary to provide safe, effective medical aesthetic skin care and body treatments
- Extroverted and sales oriented
- The ability to work on Saturdays and/or evenings
- A strong work ethic
- Energetic, pride of ownership and the desire and ability to go the extra mile
- A strong sense of urgency when it comes to delivery of exceptional customer service
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to serve people

Additional Requirements
The Medical Aesthetician/Laser Technician is the secondary backup for the Clinic Coordinator when needed. Therefore, the Medical Aesthetician/Laser Technician is expected to learn the following functions:
- Management of the front desk, reception, and client waiting area with a service attitude.
- Scheduling of appointments and maintaining the center appointment schedule.
- Maintenance and Preparation of Daily Report and submission of reports to Premier Medical Spa Corporate Head Office with accuracy.
- Controlling the flow of clients
- Routing incoming phone calls and handling questions from callers.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the reception and client waiting areas.
