She has often been called the ultimate woman’s woman. In 1996 she was recognized by PROFIT Magazine as having the 9th fastest growing company in Canada. In 1997 Ms. Cardillo won the CONSUMER’S CHOICE AWARD for Ottawa’s BUSINESSWOMAN OF THE YEAR and was listed by the Globe and Mail as one of the top five most promising young Canadian entrepreneurs. Amongst other accomplishments, Ms. Cardillo founded the highly successful Power of Women Events across the United States and Canada, featuring world renowned women from the fields of politics, business, entertainment and social reform including SUZANNE SOMERS, GLORIA STEINEM, MARY TYLER-MOORE, SUZI ORMAN, LESLEY STAHL, MAYA ANGELOU, CAROL BURNETT and the late BENAZIR BHUTTO – to name only a few.

In 2001 Ms. Cardillo launched the luxurious Mademoiselle Woman’s Fitness & Day Spa, growing it to it’s current 24 locations across Southern Ontario. "The theme of my career has been empowering the lives of others. At Premier Medical Spa I have the opportunity to empower our clients with education and answers on what really works, so they never have to waste their time or money. Most importantly our clients can trust they are making a great decision that will empower them to be beautiful…inside and out!" Says Cardillo.
Ms. Cardillo created, produced and marketed large business and personal development events in Canada, the United States and around the world for 9 years (1991 to 2000). In this capacity she consulted for such fortune 500 corporations as IBM, XEROX, Merrill Lynch and Edward Jones. Outside of business Ms. Cardillo is an extreme sport enthusiast, and a proud fourty-something year old wife and mother of two boys.
