NON SURGICAL LASER FACE LIFT

The laser emits wavelengths that are absorbed by vascular and pigmented lesions in multiple levels of the skin. When the light is absorbed by the melanin (brown spots) and oxy-hemoglobin (veins / red spots), the discoloration and spots are gently heated and destroyed.

Skin rejuvenation procedures can be performed on the face, neck, décolleté (chest), hands, back and shoulders. Treatments can be preformed anywhere that discoloration from sun damage or age spots are a concern to you.

Treatment duration depends on the area being treated. It typically takes 30-40 minutes to treat the entire face.

Topical anesthesia is not required for most treatments as it produces only mild discomfort. Some clients compare the sensation to a hot rubber band snap. A topical anesthetic is generally applied for all Multi Plex treatments for optimal comfort.

Complications are extremely rare. In less than 1% of all cases, skin lightning (hypopigmentation) or skin darkening (hyperpigmentation) may occur. It is advisable to wear sunblock on a daily basis once you have committed to laser treatments.

Our customized Non Surgical Laser Face Lift package consists of 10 treatments. These treatments will include the perfect mix of 3-4 different laser technologies to ensure you achieve the highest level of correction and rejuvenation. Visible signs of aging and sun damage will be significantly reduced. There will be an overall improvement in skin texture, tightness and skin tone. Pore size, fine lines, moderate wrinkles and mild skin laxity concerns will improve greatly.

The vascular and pigmented lesions may become darker in appearance and may crust for 5 to 7 days. There may be some mild swelling and redness following your visit, however this can usually be covered with make up and normally does not last more than 2-3 days. The area that has been treated will feel warm afterwards, similar to a sunburn. Cold compresses will help reduce this sensation.

Yes, you can apply regular make-up 24 hours after all laser treatments. Jane Iredale minerals will be applied immediately following your treatment.

The Non Surgical Laser Face Lift process uses lasers. When used at the proper settings, these lasers are safe for most skin types however it is not recommended for very dark skinned clients.

Following the treatment the technician will recommend a sun block for daily wear. Jane Iredale mineral make-up will be applied immediately after your treatment and you can resume normal activities. Many patients schedule their treatments over lunch and return to work right after. There may be some slight redness or swelling for a few hours or, on rare occasions, a few days.

Darker pigments and freckles may get darker after the initial treatment and flake off in a few days.

Because the lasers reduce wrinkles by encouraging new collagen growth, wrinkle improvement is gradual. At the time of your third treatment, approximately twelve weeks after you initial treatments, you may begin to note wrinkle improvement.

Aging is progressive. The wrinkles and sun damage that are visible today were often created many years earlier. Care should be taken to wear sun block so that new sun damage does not occur. Additionally, new wrinkles cannot necessarily be prevented as we cannot stop the normal course of aging. However, the laser’s stimulation of new collagen growth and production will help slow the appearance of new wrinkles into the future. A good skin regimen, like PCA Advanced Skin Care, Dermalogica or Pro Derm will help maintain your results.
